Military Transition

military

Beyond the Uniform. Your Next Mission Awaits.

My commitment to military career transitions is deeply personal. As a former military spouse, USMC widow, and proud mother of an active-duty U.S. Airman, military life remains an important part of my family’s story. I understand the unique challenges service members and their families face when transitioning to civilian life. I specialize in helping military professionals translate their leadership, technical expertise, and accomplishments into qualifications that civilian employers recognize and value.dianne-and-noah

My journey began while accompanying my late husband, MGySgt. Noah Millsap, USMC, on his overseas U.S. Embassy assignments, where I began assisting fellow Marines with their resumes and career transitions. As word spread, clients affectionately nicknamed me “Di4Resume,” a name that eventually became my professional brand.

Noah completed his Marine Corps career at Camp Pendleton, and we made our family home in Oceanside, where our military roots remain strong. Today, I serve military professionals of all ranks, from Camp Pendleton to duty stations throughout the United States and overseas. Through Executive Resume, I personally guide service members as they prepare for civilian opportunities in federal service and the corporate sector.

I consider my military clients an extension of my own military family. Honoring my husband’s legacy of service while helping them successfully navigate their next chapter remains especially meaningful to me.
